We recommend 3–6 weeks in advance. Weekend dates fill quickly!
All bookings with The Champagne Cove require a signed agreement and a non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the total package cost in order to secure your date. Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to info@thechampagnecove.com.
Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled event will result in forfeiture of the deposit, but no additional charges will apply. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event will result in the client being responsible for 100% of the total contracted amount.
In the event of cancellation, all payments made are non-transferable to future dates unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by The Champagne Cove. The Champagne Cove reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to severe weather, safety concerns, or events beyond our control. In such cases, clients will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a refund of payments made, excluding any non-recoverable expenses already incurred.
By booking with The Champagne Cove, the client acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined in this cancellation policy.
